Having overcome several serious medical challenges after being born with a defective heart, Beth has developed an incredibly positive mindset. After adopting a 'Victim' mentality for much of her earlier life, Beth outlines how she managed to turn this around, leading her to undergo a new self-discovery of her physical limits - culminating in becoming a full-time triathlete in America and a gym instructor for others with disabilities.
 
On the anniversary of her latest hospital visit - 8 weeks with suspected endocarditis - Beth outlines how her perspective shifted during this time, providing her with a renewed appreciation for her story and her resolve for making it so far. Beth shares with us how she turned a negative - being stuck in hospital - into a positive by writing a book about her experiences and the Mi365 lessons she's used in order to come out on top every time.

For many of us, attempting a marathon is a daunting idea. But what about if that marathon was 13 miles a day for six days - but with two marathons (26 miles in one day!) in the middle for good measure? And to top it off - what about if it was in the middle of the Amazon jungle?
 
This is the incredible story of Josie Benson - theatre actress turned marathon runner, who at the age of 40, decided to challenge herself and get into long distance running. Josie tells us how running has helped her to develop powerful inner self-belief and how positive self-talk can be harnessed to create an inspired life.
