After rebuilding his life, Ben outlines the dissatisfaction with day-to-day life and after a tough relationship breakup, fell into depression leading to some very dark thoughts.
 
After battling depression and rebuilding his life again, Ben describes the massive impact that being diagnosed with cancer again had. During this time, Ben used several Mi365 techniques to change his perspective and adopt a growth mindset - leading to him finding the strength to live life on his own terms and find his purpose.
