born with a defective heart, Beth has developed an incredibly
positive mindset. After adopting a 'Victim' mentality for much of
her earlier life, Beth outlines how she managed to turn this
around, leading her to undergo a new self-discovery of her physical
limits - culminating in becoming a full-time triathlete in America
and a gym instructor for others with disabilities.
On the anniversary of her latest hospital visit - 8 weeks with
suspected endocarditis - Beth outlines how her perspective shifted
during this time, providing her with a renewed appreciation for her
story and her resolve for making it so far. Beth shares with us how
she turned a negative - being stuck in hospital - into a positive
by writing a book about her experiences and the Mi365 lessons she's
used in order to come out on top every time.
