Why should mental health be a global priority?
Simply because mental health problems are more prevalent now and
the numbers are alarming. According to the World Bank, as of last
year almost 1 billion people live with mental disorder and 1 person
commits suicide every 40 seconds.
Many people do not realise that they live by the hormones of
stress and fear and that mental health problems such as depression,
anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, addiction and stress stop them
from living a more fulfilling life.
The world will be in a more difficult crisis as the number of
people afflicted with mental disorders rise. Therefore, now is the
time for people like you to change your ways.
Do not be a victim. Listen and learn how you can improve your
mental health. Be the person you want to be and live the life you
so desire.
