Mi365 Daily Intentions

Jul 26, 2022

“Your time is limited, do not waste it living someone else’s life. Do not be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people’s thinking. Do not let the noise of others' opinions drown your inner voice and, most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” - Steve Jobs

Courage comes from the Latin word “cor” which denotes the heart as the seat of feelings. To have courage means you have the willingness to act and the ability to control fear.

Are you courageous enough to stand up for yourself and be who you want to be, or would you rather follow what everyone else is doing and saying? Are you happy with how your life has turned out because of it? Do you often wonder what your life would have been if only you had the courage to be who you wanted to become?

Today we are going to talk all about courage and how vital it is in achieving the life that you have always wanted. Listen and gather insights and, hopefully, you will have the courage within you to be the best version of yourself.

Highlights:

⚡️ The ability to take courageous action is one of the most important aspects of being human. It allows us to live and fuels our growth.

⚡️Courage vitalizes all the other human virtues.

⚡️Wisdom is the ability to be wise enough to learn from experience, take wisdom from others, the ability to have self-control and do what you need to do.

⚡️The two types of courage are general courage and personal courage.

⚡️Courage blindness is failing to recognize all the remarkable things that you have already done in your life and to think about the things that you could do and do them every day, regardless of how you feel.

📣📣 It takes courage to:

  • to recognize that you are a different person from the person you were
  • decide who you want to be and act towards it every day
  • to stand up for who you are becoming.
  • support the person who can be the change in the world
