How many times have you tried to hurt yourself?

You may not have harmed yourself physically, but did you know that you are destroying yourself by some of the things you do? Quitting, procrastinating, getting distracted, overworrying, doubting yourself, and telling negative narratives are a few of these self-harming acts.

All of us are guilty of self-sabotage. There are times we willfully damage ourselves because we think it is easier and safer for us to stay within our comfort zones rather than to be vulnerable and go against resistance.

Self-sabotage prevents you from realizing your true potential and living the life you deserve. However, you do not have to remain in this state. You are more than where you are or what you think. You always have the choice to consciously reinvent yourself to be better.

It is time to break free from the bondage of self-destruction.
