In our special monthly episode, we are joined by not only one,
but 2 amazing Mi365 members of the month for July 2018: Kath and
Bryan Harold!
As one of the longest active members of the Mi365 community,
Kath shares with us how she initially became involved in Mi365
after trying lots of different strategies to lose (and keep off)
excess weight. Having seen the positive changes in Kath, Bryan
describes his journey into Mi365; ultimately becoming an Elite
member after the first summit in 2016.
The couple go on to describe the foundations that Mi365 has
helped them to establish, including renewed confidence,
self-respect and awareness. Bryan describes how creation of a
masterplan specifically has helped him to meet his goals, as well
as shifting his mindset to asking:
- What can I learn from this person?
- How can I help them?
The pair wrap up by describing a few of the big goals they are
currently working on - including the Trialwalker challenge being
completed by a group of Mi365 members and a great practical example
