What is your definition of winning? Is that what we are indeed here to do? It is so important that we start thinking about how winning a process is, not a destination.

The world around us is not the same as the one, most of us are used to, all of its systems are being forced to change and we have to adapt along with it and not just to remain passive.

As human beings we’re programmed to win, programmed to finish things, it gives us an internal sense of achievement. When we finish something that we started our body rewards us for it, and more importantly it remembers.

Sigmund Freud talked about the two main areas of life, as work and love, but what about health? At Mi365 we call it the Big 3. Our work and service, our health and wellbeing and our relationships, if you are not thriving in all these 3 areas how can you expect to grow?

When we first begin to change other people often don’t like it. They don’t understand why? Why we would want to? And sometimes it highlights for them areas they could make changes in and this to them is scary. We need to have a belief that the future has more to offer than what is happening right now. Have a think about what is your ‘ikigai’. What is your reason for getting up every day? We need to recognise our needs so we can work hard on fulfilling them positively.

Life is all about what you can do for others, well the best thing you can do for others is to work on being the best you that you possibly can be. People nowadays are addicted to their problems, instead of looking at them as something that needs to be overcome.

Now is the time to be the difference, that makes the difference.
