What is the most valuable thing that you own?
We like to think it is our health and energy but if it is so valuable why do so many of us take so little care of it?
We all have goals dreams and ambitions - but without your health and the energy to work towards them, nothing will ever be achieved.
In the Western World today we have become adjusted to a sick society, where we have settled into a life where we sit for most of the day, then go home, eat processed food, sit watching television and sleep far less than we need. The vast majority of health issues we suffer from can be connected to malnutrition. What we eat and drink is missing the vitamins and our bodies need – it is food-like rather than food.
And the result of this is that our immune system is drastically compromised.
With this podcast series, I want to give you a massive wake-up call about what is going on and what it takes to change.
So, do you want to be healthier? Do you want to experience a long life?
And, to get there are you ready to deviate from the normal way we live our lives?
But if you want to be stronger and healthier so you're not sick and you walk in a different direction to everyone else require a big decision, possibly the biggest decision you’ll ever make.
