In this podcast I want to help you kick start your life and head out on a journey of 365 days of working on yourself, installing the habits you need to be healthy, happy and fulfilled in everything you do.

That is what Mi365 is all about!

The choices we make shape the way things turn out for us and often, the biggest obstacle we face is our own actions.

  • We get excited about a new project and then, when it gets tough, we fall back
  • Or we talk ourselves out of even starting because we don’t believe in ourselves
  • Or we make progress, hit a goal and stop, slipping back to where we were before.

If you look back over the past five years you’ll probably see those patterns over and over again.

Make today the day when you set out on a new journey – one where you commit to working on yourself and, in five years, looking at all you have achieved and the person you have become.
