Are you ready to reset your mindset? Why do you need to reset your mindset?
To reset your mindset is to decide, do you want to be fixed, or do you want to grow, grow like never before? We just had World Mental Health Day. And in this podcast, I will share the key element to reinventing yourself. I really encourage everyone to just take a moment to think about what the nature of the mind is. The mind is a very powerful channel and you need to be very careful what you put in it because when you put it, it will keep going. Give the mind something to do, it will do something for you.
