Really enjoyed this podcast. Lots of learning and lots of cementing and affirming of my goals.
Pete actually mentioned my goals!
To have energy and health through my 70’s, 80’s and on. To live life to the full. Life isn’t a rehearsal- this is the only chance I’ve got.
My theme for this year is STRENGTH.
I am strong mentally I am strong physically.
Act as I am, and I will be.
