  2. Self-acceptance - Acknowledge your past mistakes and forgive yourself enough to start moving forward.
  3. Be Responsible - Be the chief of yourself.
  4. Self-assertiveness - Speak for yourself. Take control of the narrative of your life.
  5. Be Purposeful - Focus on who you want to become.
  6. Self-discipline - Be able to delay gratification.
  7. Practice Gratitude - Be thankful for your journey.
