Over several months, Susan described how her pain had subsided, particularly formally regular migraines, which she attributes to having a positive mindset and outlook on life.

Really interesting to listen to Susan and hear the difference that Mi365 had on her health and outlook. It’s good to know that even with a busy home and work life it’s possible to make time to change.

Superb podcast from Susan the ‘Dooganator’.
I’m so impressed in the way Susan, has applyed her knowledge from Elite, and healed herself from pain and terrible headaches.
Her comment that she no longer takes things so personally resonated too - one of the issues I’ve had.
