There is a saying that “it takes ten years to be an overnight success.” Success takes hard work and dedication and to continue to consistently take action towards that end goal.
Right now, many people are consistently taking action which will lead to chronic conditions such as obesity, heart disease, cancer and diabetes. They believe that feeling tired and bloated is normal and we self-medicate with food, alcohol, nicotine or digital entertainment. And we are out of sync with our bodies natural rhythms.
In this podcast Pete discusses the body’s circadian rhythm and how this governs so many of the functions of our body to give us balance.
We have a choice – to make changes in our life, every day and to consistently take more responsibility for our health.
