Pete puts this into the wider context, outlining how the adrenaline response (to fight to flight) is intrinsically linked to our inner dialogue and creation of stress. Moreover, Pete reminds us that if (at least part) of our meaning is to enjoy life, maintaining healthy internal dialogue is key.
