We are blessed with the ability to service those around us and those who regularly help others are found to be happier and healthier than those who choose not to.
With ‘mid-life crises’ happening earlier and earlier, understanding how to connect to the cosmic whole is so important. Only by expressing ourselves fully can we begin to connect to the wider picture and in turn, create the lives we want for ourselves.
