Mar 27, 2018
In our special monthly episode, we are joined by our amazing
Mi365 member of the month for March 2018: Jim Morgan!
Jim shares with us his story of how he stumbled across Mi365
after suffering from poor mental health and negative self-talk.
After making the decision to move away from a fixed mindset, Jim
tells us how he started to implement a series of rituals including
meditation, juicing and journalling to improve his mindset and
start to live in the present.
Jim and Pete discuss the importance of developing inner
confidence; with Jim describing how connecting with nature has
helped him become calmer and more content. Jim goes on to describe
four elements for success: 1) Having access to a positive
community, 2) Developing a positive mindset, 3) Self-awareness &
Emotional honesty and 4) Compassion for others and self and puts
these into the context of being a man in 2018.
The pair conclude with a fascinating discussion on the meaning
of 'perfection', with Jim detailing the challenges between living
in the present vs. planning for the future. A great episode with a
true Mi365er.
