Mi365 Daily Intentions

Jan 21, 2016

In Episode 25, we are joined by our previous guest Tom Herron. Expanding on the original podcast (Episode 09), Tom explains the importance of breath and provides us with practical tools for how to improve our breathing to maximise our health and vitality. You'll be surprised how much breathing can affect our daily lives and by breathing through the nose, deep (not big!) and less frequently you can begin to experience the benefits.

This is an incredible podcast. I’m now working on my nasal breathing. Would Tom be a great Asset to the Summit as one of the speakers. I would definitely commit to trying this for a few weeks.

Interesting how breathing affects your life, your focus, your sleep and weight. I will be taking a look at this.

Interesting and inspirational. I’ve already started to change the way I breathe when exercising. I have the knowledge from previous yoga lessons but had ‘forgotten’ to use it. Back on it now.
