Mi365's podcast

Thanks for checking out my podcasts. Think of it as free resource, think of it as a top coach dispensing advice for nothing, think of it what you will, but it’s there and I’m there to be exploited. All I want in return is for thousands of people to join in the conversation and share their positive tales too. We all want to live a happy life and we all recognise constructive changes we could make to improve things. We’re all on a journey, so let’s share it with the world and create a snowball effect of positivity! Sign up for 365 days of FREE Life coaching at www.Mi365.me

The 5 key things for me that stood out (it was difficult to keep it to 5 as there was so much)
1 Passion - know who I am; why I am and know anything is possible.
    2. Be curious - Find what I am capable of; what I want to know; Inspire and be inspired; Light the fire and the flame will grow.
    3. Ask better questions - what is my why?; what makes me who I am; think more clearly.
    4. Guilt - Love myself, forgive myself; understand what I think of myself; take responsibility for myself.
    5. Change is good - 20 mins out of the day to do something different; stimulate the brain ; make new connections.
Thanks for re-sharing this and setting the task Pete.

Great Podcast thank-you. People I could listen to all day, love to have for dinner!! Phrases connected with guilt, resonated with me, my friend said it's my Catholic guilt & I have suffered with Depression. So I'm taking a lead from Tim & going to write it all down & then burn it. I like the idea of non aggressive questions & opening one liners. I look forward to the next one. Thanks guys you're awesome :)
